Refund and Cancellation Policy
QuantSkill Training Institute values transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.
a) Course Enrollment Cancellation

Once enrolled in a course, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official contact address of QuantSkill Institute.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 7 days of enrollment and before substantial course content has been accessed.
b) Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if approved, will be processed only for the unused portion of the course.

No refunds will be provided if:

A significant portion of the course has already been accessed or completed

The course materials (videos, PDFs, recordings) have been downloaded or shared

The request is made after the stipulated refund period

c) Non-Refundable Fees

Registration fees, administrative charges, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Discounted or promotional course enrollments may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
d) Mode and Timeline of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during enrollment.

Refunds typically take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway or banking partner.
e) Course Rescheduling or Cancellation by QuantSkill

QuantSkill Institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course or batch due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, students will be offered either:

A full refund, or

An option to transfer enrollment to another batch or course

f) No Chargeback Policy

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting QuantSkill Institute for resolution.
